The County Team include

Chair of Guiding Development - Lisa Taylor

She is responsible for organising trainings for the County, and responds to requests for Division and District Trainings. Lisa is supported by the advisers and trainers who carry out the trainings.

Arts Adviser – Ann Booker
Ann along with her team arranges Arts and Crafts Competitions and Arts days or weekends for Leaders.

International Adviser – Rosemarie Temple

Rosemarie supports Leaders who wish to take units abroad, holds an International weekend in the County for Guides age 13 plus, Senior Section and Guiders who are may be selected for County or Region trips to International Camps around the World.

Public Relations Adviser - Helen Fannan

My role as PR advisor is to co-ordinate publicity for Girlguiding in NYS. This includes:
- Press Releases
- Radio/TV
- Photographs
- Leaflets and Flyers
- NYS Website
My aim is to have Girlguiding portrayed by the media as a young, modern and growing organisation. Our key messages for the Centenary are “Girls in the Lead” “Looking forward to the next 100 years” and “girl only space” I am also available to give advice to guiders wanting to publicise an event at Unit level.

The Outdoor Team give advice, support and training to all sections to enable them to take their girls away for sleepover’s, indoor holidays, camps, and provide outdoor activities safely. The advisers have a wealth of knowledge, expertise, qualifications and experience, use them if you need advice. They are as follows:
