Our Divisions

North Yorkshire South is made up of five Divisions covering York, Selby, Tadcaster and their surrounding suburbs and villages.

On the hoist is our county badge the White Rose of York and the Crossed Keys of St Peter, patron saint of the Minster as well as the Guide motto and badge, which are common to all Guide standards.

On the Fly there are five gold symbols on representing each of our five Divisions which are named after important buildings in the County.

The Standard was dedicated in York Minster on 11th October 1992.
