What do Rainbows do?

Rainbows have fun! They take part in games and activities as part of their programme called the Rainbow Jigsaw. Everything a Rainbow does helps her to develop and to think for herself, in a safe girl-only environment.
How Old Do I Have To Be?

A girl can join Rainbows at any time after her fifth birthday. Most Rainbows move on shortly after their seventh birthday. Each Rainbow needs to be given the opportunity to grow as an individual and to develop at her own pace.
